Our Practice is based at two premises, built for the purpose in 1980 and 1985. With the expansion of the village the Holme-on-Spalding Moor surgery has been further extended in 1990 and 2000. Both sites are suitable for wheelchair access and have car parking facilities. The surgery at Holme-on-Spalding Moor has offices for the Community Nursing team and Health Visitor. Holme Pharmacy also operates from this site. The Bubwith surgery was extended early 2010 through a training grant and has doubled in size and enables us to offer a full range of services to the community at both sites. Bubwith surgery also has its own dispensary and acute prescriptions can be dispensed after consultation with a GP. Our GPs and nurses attend both surgeries.
